We are an organization dedicated to training and supporting women throughout their firefighting career and into retirement.
Vision
Our strength is our voice and we exemplify this through dedicated recruitment and outreach efforts. Through mentorship, training, and preparation, we foster leaders. We recruit qualified candidates; educate and prepare incoming recruits for the rigors of drill school; help our members achieve their career goals; and support our members’ transition to retirement. We are a supportive social community that helps one another and serves our broader community.
